Apprentices

The emh group apprenticeship programme was established in 2012 to provide apprenticeship opportunities for local young people. Since then it has flourished to include new recruits aged in their twenties and thirties, demonstrating that apprenticeships are not just an alternative to university for school leavers but are also available for people looking to switch to a more fulfilling career.

Since the inception of the programme we have taken on around 100 apprentices, and have pledged to recruit a total of 250 by 2023.

We recognise that the workforce of tomorrow depends on us identifying and investing in talent today, and the apprenticeship programme is a key part of our commitment.
