Report and Financial Statements 2021

We are well placed to respond proactively to the changing environment and to make the most of new business and improvement opportunities.  We are pleased that our financial strength was reaffirmed with a A+ (Stable) credit rating from Standard and Poor's in January 2020.

We continue to challenge ourselves to be financially efficient and aim to reduce our core operating costs through cost saving and growth. As a profit for purpose organisation, our priority is to maximise the margin on our core operations in order to generate cash for new developments, new projects and reinvestment in our services and assets.  You can read our latest Report and Financial Statements 2020-2021 here.

emh group Business Plan 2018-2023

In shaping this business plan, our Boards have actively engaged with our customers and colleagues to understand their perspectives on where our priorities should be. These views are captured within this plan and our strategic objectives. By the end of this five-year plan emh group will have increased the number of homes managed to at least 21,500 and will be providing sustainable person centered care and support services to over 1000 people through emh care and support. We will work smarter and harder to create and support thriving communities.
