emh group is one of the largest providers of affordable housing in the Midlands. We manage 20,000 homes, employ over 1,100 people, and have an annual turnover of £110 million.

We are looking to recruit people with a diverse range of skills, experience and outlooks to help shape the strategic direction of our organisation and ensure that we hold fast to our values as a “profit for purpose” social business.

Remuneration: c£3,642k per annum
We wish to hear from people with high level expertise and experience in the following areas:
- Social Housing management
- Neighbourhoods & communities
- Internal maintenance services
- Asset management
- Community engagement
- Operational budget management
Successful candidates will be required to dedicate at least two days a months to attend Board meetings and occasional training sessions and away days. Members may also be invited to join committees within the Group.
