We were pleased that our financial strength was reaffirmed with a A+ (Stable) credit rating from Standard and Poor's in January 2018. This rating keeps us on a par with many of our top-performing peers, and above many leading commercial companies.
Our rating has enabled us to raise £200 million in the capital markets through a public bond issue. This cash injection will help us to build 300 new homes every year for the next 5 years.
